Weyforth-Haas, Bennett Kuhn Varner announce merger

Overland Park, Kan.—Weyforth-Haas Marketing, an Overland Park., Kan., marketing agency, and Bennett Kuhn Varner (BKV), an Atlanta-based direct response agency, announced a merger. Financial terms were undisclosed. Under the merger, the company will operate with three divisions: Weyforth-Haas Marketing, a full-service integrated marketing communications division; BKV, a full-service direct response division; and Response Mine, a search engine marketing division that is a spin-off of BKV.
