New York—Wiedemann & Lomasney, a marketing services holding company, announced it has acquired tenthirty, a 7-year-old Chicago-based ad agency.

Tenthirty will be incorporated into UMarketing, Wiedemann & Lomasney’s marketing services agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“The acquisition of tenthirty builds upon the vision we have of a customercentric, no-silo, 21st century marketing services organization,” said George Wiedemann, CEO of UMarketing, in a statement. “This reflects the continuation of our plans to join complementary service companies into our unified, new-model enterprise.”
