Minneapolis--Wilken International has introduced customer relationship marketing software and professional services designed to deliver an integrated corporate customer database in 45 days. Wilken, Minneapolis, says it can identify where customer data is stored throughout a corporation and create a new database that works with all customer points of contact--telemarketing, customer support, field sales and the Web. Cost per project ranges from $200,000 to $700,000. Wilken claims the speed of deployment for its new suite--dubbed IN45--will place pressure on the customer relationship management industry to deliver quicker results. The earliest business-to-business interest is expected to come from telecommunications companies, said Joe Luhman, Wilken VP. Wilken recently deployed a consumer system for EuroTel Prague, which linked to British Airways, Avis and Marriot.
