Pollak continued to lead ALM in its transition from a traditional print-based b-to-b media company into a research and business information company serving lawyers, law firms and in-house legal departments. Among other accomplishments, ALM introduced a series of virtual events. Four ALM titles were winners in the 2010 Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Awards competition.
