WilTel launches branding campaign

Tulsa, Okla.—WilTel Communications, a wide-area network provider, announced it will launch a new branding campaign in April.

The integrated campaign, which has the tagline "Access," is designed to show how WilTel provides customers with complete access to its network, back-office systems and people. The campaign is being developed by St. Louis-based creative agency CORE.
