Chicago—The Word of Mouth Marketing Association, a trade association for the fledgling word-of-mouth marketing industry, announced it has launched a Web site that includes a blog and an e-mail newsletter devoted to word-of-mouth marketing research. The site, www.womma.org/research, will feature research reports, surveys and data.
