Dallas—World Marketing, a direct marketing company, announced it has acquired AMS Response, a direct marketing lettershop.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
This marks Dallas-based World Marketing’s second acquisition this year. It acquired MBS, a database marketing company, in March.
AMS President Tom Duchene was named VP-business development for World Marketing-Los Angeles. He reports to Mac Rodgers, president-CEO of World Marketing.
AMS operations and staff will be merged into World Marketing's office in La Mirada, Calif.
World Marketing provides production services, including lettershop and fulfillment, and handles database marketing, analytics and direct marketing creative.
