WPP’s mOne Worldwide forms search engine marketing operation

New York—Agency holding company WPP Group announced it has formed mSearch, a search engine marketing unit, under its mOne Worldwide media unit.

MOne said the new unit combines all SEM offerings and resources within its media network. It will provide SEM consultancy to clients, including pay-per-click, bid management and natural search optimization.

The new unit has signed global clients including IBM Corp., Ford Motor Co., Sony Corp., Nextel, Ameritrade and Novartis.
