WSJ ad lineage down 40% in fourth quarter

New York--Dow Jones & Co. Inc. said ad lineage for The Wall Street Journal declined 40.6% in the fourth quarter because of the weak ad market. The publisher is expecting a decline of between 20% and 30% this quarter but said it expects a single-digit increase for the year.
