Cleveland—WTWH Media has acquired Edaboard.com and related subdomains from Poland-based Oponeo.pl. Edaboard.com is a global online discussion forum for electrical engineers, with about 500,000 registered users and almost 800,000 unique monthly visitors. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. “Although started in Poland, the site is primarily in English, with the U.S. and India being the top countries for users,” said Scott McCafferty, managing partner and co-founder of WTWH Media. “As part of our overall growth strategy, we are in the soft launch of a series of additional sites related to Edaboard.com.”
