Wunderman gets major makeover

New York—Direct and digital marketing agency Wunderman is revamping the structure of its operating divisions and adding a new regional North American presidency. Wunderman will simplify its current setup of 24 specialist agencies into four worldwide operating divisions: brand experience, focusing on customer acquisition; consumer engagement, emphasizing customer retention; data and insights, managing information from data analysis; and world health, working with clients in the pharmaceuticals and healthcare fields Kass Sells has been promoted to president-Wunderman North America. He had been managing director of the agency's Seattle office and will continue to lead the Microsoft client team.
