[x+1] acquires mobile marketing company WDA

New York—Marketing technology company [x+1] has acquired WDA, a mobile marketing technology and services company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. WDA, based in East Lansing, Mich., offers technology that includes mobile real-time ad bidding, software development kits for app marketing and mobile support for marketers. WDA's mobile marketing technology will be incorporated into [x+1]'s Origin data management platform. The acquisition is the first for [x+1] since it gained $17 million in financing in April to fund acquisitions and growth.
