New York—Several business media properties were among the finalists for the National Magazine Awards announced Thursday by the American Society of Magazine Editors. Ziff Davis Media’s Baseline was a finalist in the general excellence category for magazines with circulation of between 100,000 and 250,000. Time-Warner’s Fortune was a finalist in the general excellence category for magazines with circulation of more than 2 million. Fortune was also nominated in the public interest category. McGraw-Hill Cos.’ BusinessWeek Online was nominated in the category of general excellence online. The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in New York on April 13.
