‘BusinessWeek SmallBiz’ boosts rate base by 30%

New York—BusinessWeek SmallBiz will increase its rate base by 30%, to 650,000 from 500,000, starting with the next issue of the quarterly title, which will be published March 13. The magazine will merge its current subscriber list with Dun & Bradstreet’s database to enhance its database of targeted readers in the small-business arena.
