Xchange drives for real-time CRM

Boston-Xchange Inc. has released software that makes it possible for marketers to synchronize their activities across direct sales forces, telephone call centers and the Internet. The product, dubbed Xchange 7, is the latest customer relationship management suite to make use of real-time information about customers collected on the Web to shape print, sales force and telephone marketing activities. Xchange also said its latest software provides more than 700 marketing reports using beefed-up analytics.
