Xchange lands two key partners

Published on .

Boston-Xchange Inc., a customer relationship management software vendor, said Thursday that it has signed deals with marketing service organizations Experian Inc. and Fair, Isaac and Co. Inc. to provide rental of its systems. The deal means Experian and Fair, Isaac will create application service provider systems that provide the complete array of Xchange's sales, marketing and customer service applications on a rental basis. Such deals are considered crucial for middle market companies, those with annual revenues in the $250 million range, because they can seldom afford the $2 million to $5 million expense of an internal system. Xchange is one of the first CRM vendors to license all of its products to leading marketing service organizations.
