Xerox names executives, seeks CMO

Rochester, N.Y.—Xerox Corp. has appointed two executives to senior positions in North America.

Doug Lord has been named president of Xerox’s U.S. Solutions Group and Kevin Warren has been named president, chairman-CEO of Xerox Canada. Lord was previously president, chairman-CEO of Xerox Canada and has been with the company since 1976. He succeeds Michael Brannigan, who is retiring from Xerox after 35 years.

Warren, a 23-year veteran of Xerox, was senior VP of its acquisition transition office.

Xerox also announced CMO Emerson Fullwood has retired after 35 years with the company. A search is under way for his replacement.
