Sunnyvale, Calif.--Yahoo! Inc. is starting a strategy services consulting business. The division, which will advise b-to-b clients on running e-business and portal programs, will be headed up by Joseph Cha, who formerly was PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P.'s principal-Asia-Pacific region. The move underscores Yahoo!'s morphing from a portal dependent on online advertising and partnerships for revenue to a broader e-business company that markets software and other services.
