Yellow Pages trade group changes name, to launch ad campaign

Published on .

Berkeley Heights, N.J.—The Yellow Pages Integrated Media Association, a group that represents the $26 billion print and electronic Yellow Pages industry, announced Tuesday it will change its name to the Yellow Pages Association.

In connection with the name change, the YPA is launching an ad campaign later this month aimed at national advertisers that promotes the use of print, online and wireless Yellow Pages.

The group also has a new logo with what it calls a "contemporized version" of the "let your fingers do the walking" imagery, which now includes a computer screen and cursor.

YPA also has a new URL: http://www.ypassociation.org/.
