Yellow Roadway touts advantages

Overland Park, Kan.--Yellow Roadway Corp., the new transportation company created by the Dec. 11 merger of Yellow and Roadway, is running an ad in selected newspapers trumpeting the advantages offered by the combined entity. “With today’s increasingly complex transportation challenges, our expanded portfolio of branded services creates a greater ability to provide transportation solutions for our customers,” the ad reads. The ad, which was created by Campbell-Ewald, debuted in The Wall Street Journal and Kansas City Star on Friday. It appeared in the New York Times Monday and will appear in the Akron Beacon Journal on Wednesday.
