YellowBrick touts tech advances

Morrisville, N.C.--YellowBrick Solutions said Tuesday that the road to joining existing, ``legacy'' databases of customer interaction with newfangled e-customer relations management (e-CRM) systems begins with its Visitant software. Available in September, and priced at $300,000, Visitant is used to represent all customer-facing interactions, whether field sales calls, telesales, direct mail, Internet or customer service, in a single file. In addition, YellowBrick, Morrisville, N.C., said it has added software that can clip on to analysis tools used to measure the efficacy of marketing efforts. The announcement was made at the Direct Marketing Association's NCDM conference and exposition in Las Vegas.
