Vernon Hills, Ill.--yesmail.com announced Tuesday it has combined customer relationship management services with its customer acquisition services, meaning that marketers can outsource acquisition, retention and management of marketing efforts through the company. In addition to its standard outbound e-mail services, yesmail.com said it will provide management of customer activity files, tracking and data analysis. The move follows the trend among Internet marketing service providers to deliver more robust data about customers.
