New York Times Co. names Frons chief technology officer-digital operations

New York—The New York Times Co. has named Marc Frons chief technology officer for its digital operations, effective June 26. Frons previously worked at Dow Jones & Co., where he was most recently VP and chief technology officer for its Consumer Media Group, which includes The Wall Street Journal and WSJ.com.
