‘New York Times’ set to introduce Times Reader as commercial product

New York—The New York Times will roll out the Times Reader as a subscription product starting March 27. The Microsoft-powered product is a software application that will deliver a print-formatted version of the Times online. It will cost $14.95 a month and will include access to TimesSelect, an aggregate of the Times’ daily columnists. Times Reader will be free to home-delivery subscribers.
