Ziff Davis Enterprise introduces SmartEngage ad units

New York—Ziff Davis Enterprise, producer of the eWeek brand, has introduced SmartEngage interactive ad units. The new display units are designed to include numerous resources and information for buyers in a single ad format.

ZDE said the SmartEngage ads can include videos, white papers, blog fees, Facebook posts, Twitter feeds, LinkedIn messages, polls, surveys, infographics and third-party editorial content. “With SmartEngage we're fueling the inevitable shift from click-through rate-based measurement to engagement-based measurement and changing the definition of successful display ad ROI,” said Anthony S. Adams, senior VP-products at ZDE, in a statement.
