Ziff Davis Media, Planman Media roll out Indian version of ‘PC Magazine’

Published on .

New York—Ziff Davis Media and India-based Planman Media announced the debut of an Indian edition of PC Magazine. The publication will appear monthly, with an initial circulation of 75,000.

With the debut of the Indian PC Magazine, there now are 24 international editions of the brand, distributed in 45 countries and 13 languages.

Ziff Davis last week said that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the assets of its Enterprise Group—including Baseline and eWeek—to private equity firm Insight Venture Partners for about $150 million. The sale leaves Ziff Davis with two divisions: the Consumer/Small Business Group, which includes PC Magazine, and the Game Group.
