Ziff Davis reports 10% decline in profits

Published on .

New York—Ziff Davis Holdings, the parent company of Ziff Davis Media, Tuesday reported third-quarter revenue of $41.8 million, down 10% from $46.2 million a year earlier. The decline was attributed primarily to softness in the technology publishing market. Ziff Davis Holdings posted EBITDA of $1.5 million, a 77% decrease from $6.5 million in last year’s third quarter. The bulk of the decline was related to the net decrease in the company’s print advertising revenues for this year’s third quarter.
