Zog Media sells off its social media technology

Scottsdale, Ariz.—Search marketing company Zog Media has sold its social media technology, ZooLoo.com, to a group of private investors in order to focus on its core search services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Zog Media’s founder and CEO is Jeff Herzog, founder of digital marketing services company iCrossing, which was sold last month to Hearst Corp. for $325 million.
