Zona says marketplace users happy

Redwood City, Calif.--Despite recent closings and reports of slow uptake among buyers and sellers, users of e-marketplaces overall are satisfied with their experiences so far, according to a study released by Zona Research Inc. Wednesday. The study also examines whether e-markets are producing extra revenue for sellers and what it costs for companies to participate in an e-marketplace. The study, "B2B Marketplaces: The Next Big Thing or the Next Big Yawn," is available now for $895.
