ZoomInfo b-to-b data integrated into Microsoft CRM tool

Waltham, Mass.—Business information company Zoom Information announced it will deliver tools and business intelligence to users of Microsoft Corp.’s customer relationship management solution.

Businesses using Microsoft Dynamics CRM can use ZoomInfo within the application to identify new leads, expand intelligence on existing customers, qualify prospects and create targeted marketing and sales campaigns.

Last week ZoomInfo announced enhancements to its small-and-midsize company and midmarket data, with added details on revenue, number of employees, locations and other information on public, private and noncommercial organizations.

ZoomInfo’s business intelligence tools provide data on 45 million individuals and 5 million companies.
