New York—Zustek Corp., which provides e-mail marketing services, announced Thursday that it has acquired Adverb Media, an interactive marketing agency.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

With the acquisition, the two companies have combined to form Zeta Interactive. (Adverb Media itself was made up of three smaller companies: DigitalGrit, a direct response and search marketing company; Temel, a brand marketing agency; and Relevant Noise, a technology company.)

Al DiGuido, CEO of Zustek, is now the CEO of Zeta Interactive.

Zustek was acquired last month by private equity firm Investcorp Technology Partners.
