Caroline Kennedy Anoints Obama as New JFK in Ad

Ad Set to Air in L.A., San Francisco and on Cable

By Published on .

Caroline Kennedy says Barack Obama is inspiring in an ad that directly compares him to John F. Kennedy. "Once we had a President who made people feel hopeful about America and brought us together to do great things," she says. True. Also, once we had a president responsible for the Bay of Pigs and dramatically increasing U.S. involvement in Vietnam. But who's counting? The ad, though, is effective at stirring up emotions. Should definitely touch some Boomer nerves and speak to college kids who feel they're part of a historical election.
