A Weak Pound Means More Visitors to His Turnberry Golf Resort in Scotland, Says the Presumptive GOP Presidential Nominee

In an ad that the Hllary Clinton campaign will begin airing on national TV this week, a news clip about Britain's exit from the European Union -- "Enormous shockwaves from Britain's historic vote to leave the European Union; global markets are plummeting," says MSNBC's Chuck Todd -- is followed by a grim-sounding voiceover: "Every president is tested by world events. But Donald Trump thinks about how his golf resort can profit from them."

Cue Trump speaking from Scotland at his Turnberry golf resort: "When the pound goes down, more people are coming to Turnberry." That soundbite is followed by another from Trump plugging his resort's "brand-new sprinkler system -- the highest level."

The 30-second spot comes full circle with a return of the grim-voiced narrator: "In a volatile world, the last thing we need is a volatile president."
