New York Times Infographic Shows Clear Winners in Fundraising

By Published on .

With a crowded Republican field and the might of the Barack Obama campaign machine, we're on our way to another record-breaking political ad season. Of the $80 million raised so far, who's got what? This New York Times infographic lays it all out pretty clearly. Obama, with $46.3 million, has hauled in over half of the total. Mitt Romney, no favorite of the righter wings of the GOP, has taken in $18.3 million, with Tim Pawlenty and Ron Paul a distant second at $4.5 million.
