CANNES, France (AdAge.com) -- Along with the other purposes it serves, the Cannes Lions International Ad Festival also offers a valuable window on the best and most interesting work produced in countries outside the U.S. This French 'March of the Emperors' spot, which is a takeoff on the penguin-centric movie, is the first of 10 TV spots from other countries that were standouts at Cannes last week.
