A Cake Made Out of Edible Tweets

Published on .

UK oven maker Belling celebrated its 100th anniversary this week with a cake made out of edible tweets. Facebook fans were invited to tweet messages to Belling with the hashtag #Belling100years, in a campaign through social media agency, Umpf, which printed them with edible ink onto edible paper. The birthday cake was made by London-based cake artist Connie Viney (pictured, with celebrity chef Brian Turner). The giant, interactive cake is on show at the BBC Good Food Show, held at the NEC, Birmingham from 28th November until 2nd December.
