Hall's Brazil is offering its fans the opportunity to apply for "cool" jobs, via a competition on its Facebook page. The cough candy brand is advertising 15 temporary positions, including beer taster, waterslide tester, barman in a stylish restaurant and VJ at MTV Brazil. To apply, people need to record an online interview answering general and specific questions about the opportunities and to prove they are the best candidate. Hall's will select the five most applied-for jobs and a headhunter frim, in partnership with the employers, will choose the best candidate for each position. The salary for each job will be 1,700 Brazilian Real (about U$ 850) and the period varies between one or four weeks.
The campaign was created and developed by Espalhe Guerrilla Marketing, from a concept developed by JWT. One of the jobs on offer is in Espalhe's planning department. Its previous work for Hall's has included its ingenious Green Grape Sculptures campaign in 2011, so candidates for this one should be social media geniuses.
