Bjorn Borg: Tweeting in the Dark

Published on .

Swedish fashion brand Bjorn Borg has pushed Twitter flirting into a new league with TweetingintheDark.com. The site lets you anonymously flirt with someone you want to hook up with, or, as the brand so delicately puts it, 'do' in the dark. (Apparently, the idea, conceived by three BBH LA creatives, resulted from a survey on what people wanted to do with the lights off).

Users type in the Twitter alias of someone they want to 'do'; the site will then notify that person that 'Someone wants to do you in the dark'. If that person enters the Twitter handle of the person who has previously entered their own name, both parties will get notified. If not, everyone stays anonymous.
