"Tailor-made" is a phrase repeated so often in the real-estate market that it has lost all meaning. But Brazilian agency ArtPlan, for client Carvalho Hosken, is out to change that, with the "Social Home Tour." Before prospective buyers visited the "showhome" for a tour, they scheduled their visit using their Facebook login. Each apartment was then customized for the visit, with family photos hanging on the walls, for example. At the end of the tour, the phone rang with a special discount, and the experience could also be shared on Facebook.
