Citroen: Twitter Race

Euro RSCG Amsterdam has teamed up with Perfect Fools to create what it claims is "the world's first Twitter Race", promoting the launch of the Citroen DS5. A one-day tour around the Netherlands, the race will take place on 17 November, and will give people the chance to win a DS5 by directing the car via Twitter. Dutch TV and radio presenter Froukje de Both is driving, accompanied by co-pilot who will instruct Froukje which way to go using Tweets. The most prolific Tweeter will persuade the drivers to come to their location using the hash tag: #ds5race.

A live videostream from inside the vehicle will broadcast on the Citroen NL Facebook page, which also features a teaser video, a countdown clock, and a call to action encouraging participants to RSVP the race date.
