The Economist: Reaching One Million Facebook Fans

The Economist is inviting Facebook fans to become part of its Facebook Timeline design, which it plans to activate as soon as it reaches the one million fan mark. For a chance to be pictured on the new Timeline, people have to visit the brand's Facebook page and submit a photo of themself reading The Economist in whichever way they like best - be it on their iPad, computer screen or curled up in an armchair with the paper version. They can vote for their favorites by 'liking' them, and the winners will appear when the Timeline is launched in a few weeks' time.
