German digital agency Interone BBDO
was looking for creatives. So it hijacked the pages of Germany's Art Directors' Club website
: when creatives clicked on Interone's work, they were taken straight to a webcam in the agency's offices where they could be interviewed live for a creative job. (Let's hope their current bosses weren't watching). News spread of the initiative and Interone was able to interview plenty of interested folks, eventually hiring one.
