Nike Releases 'Missions,' to Gamify Your Everyday Movement

As if Nike+ hasn't gamified working out enough, the sports giant has just released NikeFuel Missions, a new game powered by your everyday moves.

Featuring animated avatars of athletes like Alex Morgan, Allyson Felix, Neymar Jr and Calvin Johnson, the game is available across all Nike+ activated devices--so it can be played via the Fuelband, Sportband, Sportswatch, Kinect Training, iPod and Nike's various apps (running, training, basketball, etc.) Users must activate a single Nike+-enabled device, which can then be used to initiate various missions. Players choose a difficulty level and find out the amount of fuel they need to produce in order to complete their goal by the time a countdown clock hits zero. Once a mission is accomplished, player will need to sync their devices to see how they fared.
