NY Times Celebrates Innovation With Art Sharing App

Published on .

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Photoshop, and to coincide with the New York Times magazine’s special Innovations Issue, artist Christoph Niemann teamed up with NYT multimedia editor Jon Huang to create a Web-based app called You Made That. It's a simple but effective drawing and illustrating tool which harks back to the origins of Photoshop, where users can make art in primary colors to share with friends. Additional coding means friends can not only view the finished product, but they can also see the masterpiece being created piece by piece.
