Save the Children: Name A Day

Published on .

Save the Children UK is engaging supporters in its latest campaign with an interactive site that will allot them a 'task' to help end hunger. Name a Day is an online campaign/petition to get UK Prime Minister David Cameron to name a day for a global hunger summit. Supporters go to the website, pick any day on the calendar and Save the Children will give them a task for the day they choose. There are five tasks, ranging from tweeting a message to cooking a meal. The campaign will be ongoing until a world hunger summit is hosted.
