Adam & Eve/ DDB (today named Advertising Age's International Agency of the Year and one of Creativity's Innovators of the Year) has promoted Richard Brim and Daniel Fisher to executive creative director and deputy executive creative director, respectively, as part of a number of creative changes at the agency. Brim and Fisher were the creative team behind Harvey Nichols' 2013 Christmas campaign, which won four Grnd Prix awards at the Cannes Lions festival, as well as this year's John Lewis campaign, "Monty's Christmas." Brim will head up creative alongside ECD Ben Tollett, whose creative partner and fellow ECD, Emer Stamp, is leaving the agency to pursue her career as a children's author. Founder and executive creative director Ben Priest becomes chief creative officer.

McCann Hong Kong is changing its name to McCann & Spencer, after its new CEO and creative chairman Spencer Wong. Mr. Wong joined McCann Hong Kong in early 2006 as executive creative director for Greater China, and was promoted to managing director Hong Kong. He became CEO and chief creative officer in 2012, and will now be CEO and creative chairman. He is the first Asian in the region to have his name added to the agency name. Under his leadership, McCann Hong Kong has become the most creatively awarded agency in Hong Kong, working on clients such as Coca-Cola, Nike, Wellcome, Café de Coral and HMV.

DDB Chicago has appointed David Banta to SVP, group creative director, working across integrated platforms on the agency's Capital One account. Mr. Banta, who will report to Chief Creative Officer John Maxham, served as executive VP, executive creative director, at Hill Holliday in Boston for seven years, where he led creative on Liberty Mutual Insurance, Merrell Footwear, Capella University and Cadillac. Prior to Hill Holliday, he was a creative director at CP&B in Boulder, and he has also worked at Doner in Detroit.

SapientNitro has hired Raymond Chin, previously creative director at Wieden & Kennedy Shanghai, as executive creative director for SapientNitro China. He will report to SapientNitro's chief creative officer for the region, Andy Greenaway. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Chin has worked on accounts such as Starbucks, Levi's, Jeep, Adidas, Beats by Dre, Absolut, McDonald's, Volkswagen, Nike, United Airlines and Citibank.

Mehta Mehta has joined Innocean USA as VP/group digital creative director, reporting to Innocean's executive creative director, Greg Braun. Mehta joins from West in San Francisco, where he was head creative lead. Prior to West, he served as creative director at Razorfish where he created platforms and digital products for Mercedes-Benz. He also spent time at Tribal DDB working with the global Reebok team and at R/GA, where he was on the creative strategy team for Nike and Nokia.

Leo Burnett Asia Pacific has appointed Karen Ellis as global creative director for SK-II, based out of Singapore. Ellis has 20 years experience in design and advertising exclusively for the fashion, luxury and beauty industries. She spent 10 years in New York creating campaigns for brands including Estee Lauder, L¹Oreal, Avon and Revlon, and has also worked in London as global creative director on the Hugo Boss franchise of fragrances.
