Anomaly London has hired Mother creatives Alex Holder and Oli Beale (center left and right respectively) to be its creative directors, as well as partners alongside Stuart Smith (left) and Ben Moore (right). Holder and Beale have worked on clients including Smirnoff, Brylcreem, Universal Music, Cancer Research UK, Nike, Honda and Nokia at agencies including WCRS and Wieden+Kennedy as well as most recently at Mother. Recent work includes Elle UK's feminist website makethempay.co.uk. They will start at Anomaly in early December.
Nathy Aviram is joining McCann Erickson New York as EVP, director of integrated production, reporting to agency chief creative officers Sean Bryan and Tom Murphy. Aviram previously worked at Y&R as co-executive director of content production, and was also EP of YREntertainment, creating a 12 episode docu-series that ran nationally on Fox Sports Net for Cellular South and won AICP and One Show Entertainment honors. He began his career in the NY indie film community, before moving to JWT, then to NY's TWBA/Chiat/Day where he spent ten years producing work including Absolut Films, and the original Skittles and Starburst campaigns.
Arnold Worldwide has promoted four creatives in its Boston office to group creative directors. Jose Luis Martinez (pictured), Craig Miller, Sean McBride, and Erik Enberg are promoted from SVP, creative director. They will report to Boston creative leads Wade Devers and Pete Johnson, who were appointed earlier this year in September.
Montreal agency Bleublancrouge has hired Christian Ayotte as creative director, Interactive. Ayotte has worked at agencies including Sid Lee in Montreal, at JuxtInteractive and Exopolis in California and at Bos, Wieden+Kennedy and the Arnold agency as a freelancer, on clients including adidas, Cirque du Soleil, Nokia, Danone, Honda, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Dell.
