Carson Signs with Digital Kitchen

Published on .

Design guru David Carson has signed an exclusive agreement with design and production company Digital Kitchen, of Chicago and Seattle, to work on commercials and broadcast design projects. Carson, who rose to prominence as art director of Raygun magazine, has also directed and designed campaigns for Lucent Technologies and Microsoft, among others. He also co-authored 1995's seminal graphic design tome The End of Print with Lewis Blackwell.

"Bold regions of design in graphics and live-action will be explored with Digital Kitchen and offered to clients," Carson promises in a statement announcing the agreement. "It's a new world, a new economy, with new sensibilities for us all."
