Collins Joins Burnett As ACD

Published on .

Reed Collins, formerly an art director at Cliff Freeman & Partners, has joined Leo Burnett USA in Chicago as associate creative director. Collins, who has been freelancing at Burnett since March, will partner with ACD/copywriter Stephanie Crippen, formerly of TBWA/Chiat/Day and Fallon, who joined the agency earlier this year. At Freeman, Collins worked on the "Alan and Jerome" campaign for Fox Sports -- the most honored campaign of 2001. Collins' arrival continues Burnett's streak of recruiting top creative talent. Since the beginning of the year, the agency's creative department has also added the ex-Goodby creative team of Josh Denberg and Paul Hirsch, Grand Prix-winning Wieden + Kennedy copywriter Kash Sree and Chiat/Day Gold Lion winner Jeff Labbé.
