Mother has added Jacob Sempler and Emil Tilsmann, a Swedish creative duo previously at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, to its London creative team. At GS&P in San Francisco, Sempler and Tilsmann worked with clients including Google, Chevrolet and Nest thermostats, for which they picked up a Clio Silver and an FWA. Previously they were at Profero NYC on Lufthansa and Smirnoff. Kyle Harman-Turner and Martin Rose (pictured) have also moved to Mother London from the agency's New York office. The pair worked in Mother New York's Experience division, developing work for Coke Olympics and the Windows 8 Microtropolis.
CHE Proximity, based in Sydney, Australia has recruited French creatives Emmanuel Bougneres and Estelle Nollet to join the agency in January. The pair will work across all aspects of the agency's business as creative directors. Coming most recently from BETC Euro RSCG Paris and Ogilvy Paris, the duo have also worked at New Zealand agencies including Mojo, DDB and Colenso BBDO.
London agency Inferno has hired Dirk Van Dooren as head of visual output. Van Dooren previously co-founded Tomato in 1991 and ran the agency; the agency works to develop cross-platform, multimedia projects for business across sectors such as fashion, architecture and advertising. He was also executive creative director for fashion label Aspesi (based in Milan) from 1994 to 2013; and creative associate at Fallon from 2008 to 2010, where he worked with a roster that included Eurostar, French Connection, Cadbury's, Tate Gallery and Nokia.
